  Research Positions 

President/Owner/Archaeologist, Wapsi Valley, Archaeology, Inc., Anamosa, IA.  Project coordination and completion for cultural resources management firm specializing in archaeological investigations.  Project design, fieldwork, analysis, report preparation, Memorandum of Agreement and Programmatic Agreement preparation, proposal development and writing, and management of projects.  Areas of expertise include sampling, statistics, hunter-gatherers, Paleoindian and Archaic Periods, North American archaeology, and economic models.  Management of cultural resources services, business strategy, finances, client development, and marketing.  July 2002 to present.
