 Technical Skills

Total station survey mapping; Arrow and  Trimble GPS mapping, navigating, and location; ArcGIS and QGIS software; EazyDraw graphics; Microsoft Office Suite computer programs, Mac and Windows computers.  Microsoft Access Database programs for Iowa Office of the State Archaeologist artifact curation.

 Faunal Analysis:

·      Collected and prepared fish specimens for Ohio State University Archaeology Laboratory

·      Added 40+ species to the comparative collection

·      Supervised student identification of prehistoric faunal materials

·      Illustrated fish remains from Late Prehistoric Site, Fremont, Ohio

 2006-2010     Crew Chief, Louis Berger Group, Inc.  Managed large scale Phase I, Phase II and Phase III projects in Indiana, Minnesota, and Iowa.

 1997-2006     Field Archaeologist, Louis Berger Group, Inc.  Phase I, Phase II and Phase III work throughout the Eastern United States from Texas to Wisconsin, Kansas to New Jersey, and New Hampshire to North Carolina.  Additional experience in graves exhumation.
